Content and Intellectual Property
User Content: By posting, uploading, or otherwise making available any content on the platform, you grant PIEARM.AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the platform and PIEARM.AI's business.
Intellectual Property: All content and materials on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of PIEARM.AI or its content suppliers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Termination

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Disclaimers: The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. PIEARM.AI disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PIEARM.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the platform; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the platform by any third party; or (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the platform.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This User Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to it will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PIEARM.AI is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal actions, suits, or proceedings arising out of or relating to this User Agreement will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the jurisdiction where PIEARM.AI is headquartered.
Changes to the User Agreement
PIEARM.AI reserves the right to modify or update this User Agreement at any time, with or without notice to you. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new User Agreement.
